Services: Psychotherapy, Individual and Family Psychoeducation, ISDE
Addison is passionate about supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life's most challenging transitions. She has extensive experience working with children and families involved in Child Protective Services (CPS) and the foster care system and understands the unique emotional, behavioral, and relational needs that often accompany these experiences.
She specializes in working with foster youth and children navigating placement changes, reunification, adoption, guardianship, and other family transitions. Addison provides a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where clients can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and increase confidence while working toward their personal goals.
Addison believes meaningful and lasting change happens when caregivers and support systems are actively involved in treatment. She integrates individual therapy, family therapy, and psychoeducation to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, increase understanding of mental health, and provide caregivers with practical strategies they can use outside of sessions. She values partnering with families to help create consistency, stability, and success both at home and in the community.
Her collaborative approach extends beyond the therapy room. Addison enjoys working closely with Service Facilitators, foster parents, biological families, schools, CPS workers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure clients receive coordinated, individualized care that supports long-term growth and healing.
