Services: Individual Skill Development, Psycho education
Amanda Lillge has a background in forensic psychology and Integrated Systems Developmental Education (ISDE). She provides services to youth, adolescents, and adults, with a primary focus on psychoeducation and skill-building to support emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs, including individuals involved in court systems.
Her approach emphasizes helping clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors through clear, practical psychoeducation about mental health, trauma responses, and nervous system functioning. She integrates ISDE-based skills to support regulation, insight development, and improved daily functioning across home, school, work, and community environments.
Amanda works collaboratively with clients to strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build stability through structured, educational, and strengths-based interventions tailored to each individual’s needs, including those navigating legal or court-involved situations.
