Services: Individual Skills and Development (ISDE)
Carrie is an Individual Development Skills (ISDE) provider who brings patience, consistency, and a person-centered approach to supporting individuals across the lifespan. As a mother of five, Carrie understands the importance of structure, flexibility, and meeting people where they are.
Carrie enjoys working with children, teens, and adults to build practical life skills that support independence and daily functioning. Her work often includes helping individuals establish routines, navigate the community, strengthen communication and self-advocacy skills, and increase follow-through with goals identified in their person-centered plans. She prioritizes consistency and collaboration, working closely with families, service facilitators, and support teams to ensure services are meaningful and aligned with each individual’s needs.
Outside of sessions, Carrie is a dedicated mom who enjoys reading, cooking, and baking for her family and friends. She brings warmth, reliability, and genuine care into every interaction and would love the opportunity to support individuals as they work toward greater confidence and independence.
