Jennifer Sluga is a therapist, trainer, and consultant specializing in complex trauma with over 15 years of experience. She works with survivors of trauma, helping them heal through therapy, coaching, and support. Jennifer also trains clinicians, advocates, and community members on trauma-informed care, sexual violence, and military trauma, sharing effective treatment practices and strategies for supporting survivors.

Extensively trained in EMDR therapy, Jennifer helps clients resolve patterns that hold them back, empowering them to make mindful, positive choices. She works with young adults, adults, couples, families, and organizations, drawing on her military service, work as a Veterans’ Service Officer, and years as a trauma psychotherapist.

Jennifer also consults with organizations to build cultures of care, implement trauma-informed practices, and prevent organizational trauma. She is a dedicated advocate for the rights of sexual assault survivors and military service members.
