INDIVIDUAL SKILLS AND DEVELOPMENT

Lucas is passionate about supporting individuals in developing independent living skills, social skills, and employment-related skills that promote long-term success and community integration. He works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individualized support focused on goal attainment, skill-building, and increased independence.

Lucas uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs, interests, and treatment goals. He believes learning is most effective when it is engaging and meaningful, and he strives to make sessions fun, creative, and practical, while remaining aligned with each client’s CCS recovery goals.

His work often includes support with daily routines, communication skills, time management, problem-solving, emotional regulation, vocational readiness, and community participation. Lucas values collaboration with the CCS team and supports skill generalization across home, school, work, and community settings.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys fishing, playing pickleball, working out, and staying active. His energetic, approachable style helps clients feel comfortable, motivated, and confident as they build skills toward greater independence and quality of life.
