HI I’M JAZMYN!

Hi, I’m Jazmyn — a therapist, advocate, and someone who truly gets what it’s like to live with OCD. I’ve been navigating the challenges of OCD since childhood, and that personal journey fuels my passion for helping others break free from the endless cycle of intrusive thoughts and anxiety.

I’m a Licensed Professional in Training (LPC-IT) in the state of Wisconsin. I specialize in working with OCD subtypes like Harm OCD, Relationship OCD, scrupulosity, and trauma. Using evidence-based therapies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide teens, adults, and new moms toward healing and lasting change.

Therapy with me is a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. Together, we’ll face what’s hard, calm the noise, and create a life that feels safe, authentic, and full of possibility.

Our process

  • Send a message or give me a call (920-660-3109) or let me know a little about what brought you here.

  • If we decide to move forward together, I’ll send you a secure link to complete your intake paperwork online. This paperwork helps me learn more about your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to work on in therapy. Completing it ahead of time makes our first session smoother and allows us to focus on what matters most—you.

  • Your journey with Unfiltered Therapy begins with the intake process. You’ll start by completing a brief intake form online to share your history and current challenges. Then, we’ll meet for your first session, which is an extended 80-minute appointment. During this time, we’ll dive deeply into your story, discuss your goals, and begin identifying strategies to help you move forward. The intake process is designed to make your first session productive and focused on your healing and growth.
